Sinclair House (also known as Dominion Plaza) will be a mixed-use development on a key site in West Ealing. The planning application for 108 residential units, retail and commercial was granted in October 2005
Dominion Housing Group appointed us in May 2004 to prepare a study for the site occupied by a 1960's office building. Our report identified the potential for a new building on the street frontage together with a landmark building within the site.
The Avenue Building will create a new semi-public space at ground level and through its stepped massing, rising from 4 to 7 stories will mark an important junction without dominating the Edwardian character of the street. The 12 storey building within site creates a landmark for the wider context.
