We have developed this proposal for Poole Harbour to bring together luxurious living, a top hotel as well as bars and restaurants in one single spectacular building.
The boat like design of the proposal refers to the maritime character of the harbour and accommodates a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats, a hotel as well as public and private roof terraces over looking the marina and the bay.
