The core is marked by a curved copper clad wall enclosing the stair.
The facades subtly differentiate between the more formal front and the more relaxed back. All openings in the brick comprise juliette balconies and white fibre cement panels. The landscaping is designed to incorporate parking for the residents beneath a canopy of trees.
