Refurbishment and extension to a 1970's building located on the corner of St Andrew Street and Shoe Street, adjacent to St. Andrew Church near Holborn Circus.

We gained Planning Consent for an extension on the roof, along with fenistration improvements to corner elevation and ground floor façade. The existing concrete cladding panels to these areas have been replaced with large areas of glazing and slate clad plinth base.

Each floor received a refurbishment of finishes and services on a carefully conceived layout. It provides a stimulating modern office environment for the current tenants, a firm of solicitors to enjoy.
