Located by the beautiful shores of Lake Siutghiol, Lakeside is designed to ensure that every resident will enjoy a direct view of the lake.
This new quarter of Constanta will provide 1600 new homes in buildings ranging from 5 to 23 storeys by the lake. The buildings create generous courtyards containing play areas and semi public spaces for the residents.
Underground parking will ensure that Lakeside will become a pedestrian friendly environment to live in.
A central park cascades down to the lake and the marina. A new boardwalk along the shore as well as jetties and a bar and restaurant overlooking the lake will complete the sense of lakeside living.
