How We Work
Formation Architects operates a flat office structure designed to empower our people to create the highest standard of work in an efficient and enjoyable professional environment.
Our office structure is built on the belief that fundamentally what people want to do in their workplace is to make a positive contribution. To create the conditions where this can happen, the office is organised around a series of close-knit teams each led by an Associate Director or Associate. Each team consists of 5 or 6 members who work in a collaborative way – usually on a variety of projects at different stages.
All teams work in accordance with common office procedures which have been evolved over many years. Consistency of design quality from all the teams is ensured by a system of internal Design Reviews overseen by the Directors.
