Scheme description
We are currently working with Goodearth Hotels Ltd. on the proposed extension of the Hotel Ibis on Lillie Road near London’s Earls Court.
The proposed extension will provide the hotel with a broader range of room types, which will compliment the existing hotel.
Our design proposes:
• additional floors of suites
• elevational improvements to the conference hall and entrance hall
• a cafe/restaurant frontage onto Lillie Road with corner retail unit and leisure use at basement level
• additional bedrooms
• residential apartments along Ongar Road
